Why homeowners come to us
You chase for weeks and hear nothing back.
The timeline slips and nobody explains why.
Extras land on the invoice you never agreed to.
It is your home, and you feel shut out of it.
Our approach
You are not handed to a subcontractor and forgotten. The people who price your job are the people who build it, and you see the cost and the schedule in writing before anyone lifts a tool.
The people who quote your job are the people on site building it.
Every cost is written down and agreed before any work begins.
You know what happened, what is next, and what it costs.
How it works
It takes under two minutes and asks a few things about your project.
We call you back to talk through what you want to do.
You receive an honest timeline and an accurate quote for the work.

Questions
One of our team calls you to talk through the project. It is a short call to understand what you want and answer your first questions. If it looks like a fit, we arrange a site visit and price the work.
No. Early is the best time to talk. We can tell you what your ideas are likely to cost and how long they take, so you can plan around real numbers instead of guesses.
We will tell you straight away. Sometimes the answer is to phase the work, change the spec, or wait. We would rather be honest on a call than take on a job that cannot be built for the money.
West London and the surrounding areas. If you are just outside, ask us on the call.
Most people who call us have. The difference here is a written price agreed before we start, one point of contact you can reach, and a weekly update in writing. You are never guessing what is going on in your own house.
It depends on the size and the borough. A kitchen refurbishment is usually weeks, a full house refurbishment is usually months. You get a realistic schedule with your quote, not a best case.
